Participation – general

Participation in the Promotion is available to: (a)  single person participants;

(b)  multiple person participants; and (c)  entity participants.

Participation – residency restriction

For single person participants, participation in the Promotion is only available to residents of QLD

Participation – age restriction

For single person participants, participation in the Promotion is only available to persons over 18 years of age

Promotional Period

9:00am AEST on 01/09/2017 to the earlier of: (a)  5:00pm AEST on 21/12/2017; and (b)  the time and date on which contracts of sale have been entered into for all the residential lots within the Qualifying Land.

How to participate

To participate in the Promotion, each participant must:

(a)  during the Promotional Period:

(i) enter into a building contract with a participating builders for the construction of an eligible home product (visit The WoodLinks Village Sales Centre for a list of eligible builders and products).

(ii)  enter into a contract of sale for a residential lot within the Qualifying Land; and

(iii) pay the full deposit required under such contract of sale;

(b)  comply with the terms of such contract of sale at all times and without default;

(c)  complete such contract of sale in accordance with its terms; and

(d)  not extend or delay, or attempt to extend or delay, settlement of such contract of sale.

Qualifying Land

The following residential lots available for purchase during the Promotional Period at Providence with the relevant participating builders:

Qualifying Land includes house and land packages. For the Promoter’s House and Land Package Terms and Conditions, speak with your preferred participating builder.

Qualifying Land is only available until sold.


A Developer Contribution to the value of $5,000 (including GST).

The contribution is to be paid by the developer directly in the form of a Visa gift card.

Are there limitations on Incentives?

There is only one Incentive available for each contract of sale. Where a participant is a multiple person participant, (that is, where more than one person is noted as the buyer or purchaser on the relevant contract of sale), then the Incentive will be offered jointly to all such


Each participant is not permitted to receive multiple Incentives during the Promotional Period.

 Participants who:

(a)  as at the start of the Promotional Period, have an accepted or exchanged contract of sale for a residential lot within WoodLinks Village; and

(b)  during the Promotional Period, cancel or terminate such contract of sale, are not eligible to receive an Incentive.

Collection of Incentives

Each participant will receive their Incentive at settlement of the relevant contract of sale

  1. Developer Boost – The participating developer agrees to contribute to the value of $5,000 towards the purchaser.
    1. This contribution will only be made available from the participating Developer once the purchaser has settled on the land contract.
    2. The purchaser must sign a land contract on a allocated ‘Builder Boost’ Lot by the 21/12/17 for the contribution to be made available.
    3. The buyer must also sign a build contract on an allocated ‘Builder Boost’ Lot with a participating builder by the 21/12/17 for the contribution to be made available.
    4. If the purchaser fails to settle the lot nominated under the land contract for any reason the Developer is not obligated to pay the contribution.
